Many clients require a service that incorporates both design and build so they can have a relationship with only one main contractor who has overall responsibility for delivering the project to ensure budgets and timelines are met.
Our clearly defined planning and design process enables us to provide the best possible turn-key solutions to our clients and allows for meticulous communication of the initial brief from concept to completion, between architect, client and contractor, saving valuable time to our clients. Once work starts on site this process is maintained throughout the construction stages. We provide all third party professional services which will be required for the project; including structural engineers, party wall surveyors, and we will consult with clients when specifying materials, including kitchens, bathrooms, floor finishes and other products which are most suited to the project – leveraging our expertise, experience and database of specialist contractors and suppliers.
We have strong partnerships with architects and interior designers across key specialist areas including residential, commercial, office and retail. We work mainly with RIBA architects.
